black n bruised.

black + blue was never a combination i fancied.
i hope i didn't just say fancied.
it reminds me of fast food restaurant uniforms
and gabardine pants.
keeping the blue up top and separating the solids, i think i found a compromise that works for me.
what is your least favorite color combo, and how can you make it work for you?

(knit leggings, f21; top, eden in love; vest, americal apparel; boots, nine west)

Umm...I would have to say black and brown. Not tan and black. I'm talking about OG brown and black. Pretty common, I guess.
The lip color looks great!

Hmmm what is my least favourite colour combo...... tough maybe a royal purple and bright green......

How would I combine it . Maybe with a solid and monichrome choice of top & pants, top and skirt or dress and then add a bright green scarf, skinny belt or hat.......

Great way to get me thinking!

I understand how you feel about blue and black. I have been trying to try it out lately. I love olive green and pink lately.

I'm in love with your necklace and boots, and blue and black might be tricky, but you pulled it off well.

Love your outfit, I guess red and green are a hard colour combo unless you want to look like an elf, ha :)

I personally like the black-blue combo, but only as of late. I agree with the above! You can't look anything but ridiculous in red and green :)

I really like it ! I guess black and blue doesn't always work for all people, but it can also depend on the kind of black (if one can apply this term to blackness) and what kind of blue. It seems to have worked out perfectly for Alber Elbaz in Lanvin, as he created almost the entire a/w 2008-9 collection out of these two colors. Give it a second thought. Thank you for dropping by my blog, I'm your follower as of now ;)

Least favorite color combo: either black & navy or black & dark brown...they're just too close.

One of my FAVORITE color combos is black & tan which you are so perfectly wearing in this oufit. :)

Good look on you.

You know I am a bit odd in my wardrobe choices but as with most men... no pink in my closet.

I like it. You balanced it so that there is no fast-food uniform appearance, and you didn't overload with other colors to distract from the black and blue combination. It looks cute!
