char-truce.

chartreuse.
it's not really yellow. it's not quite green.
and against my skin it's actually quite gross.
i have an old suit blazer that i've been trying to work back into the rotation, but it just feels and looks...bleh.
i did find this sweater which pulls more toward lime green, but i thought it was a good compromise...
a truce, if you will.

(sweater, gap; leopard blouse, thrifted; denim, american eagle)

It is a hard color to work with but you did a great job here, love how you paired it with an animal print and flair jeans. ;)

You made leopard print and chartreuse look amazing as a color-print combo. Which is very hard to do. I couldn't even do that. The bravery :-)

I. Love. Chartreuse! It does not even resemble "blah" on your skin. It's just awesome! Such a fun color that no one wears. Awesome look :)

It is tough to wear that color, I know I look sickly in it. I was told it is one of the better colors to wear on camera though. That shade of green is pretty on you and I love the layering.

I am loving the sweater and the shirt untucked with the flares - perfection!

I really like the combination of chartreuse with jeans blue & IMO you can really pull it off. Chartreuse can be difficult, though, same goes for lime green - I love polishes in those colors, but they always make my hands look pale, so I try to stay away from them.

Funny opening line although I don't think it looks gross! You've toned it down with the jeans and took the focus away with the leopard so I think it works! Jcrew did something like this with a model of your complexion and threw some bright red lipstick on and I thought it looked fab.!
