seven eleven and doubles.

i received a message from fellow hawaii blogger, jackie (fashionation street), saying that she had something for me. since she doesn't live on the same island,
her mom dropped it off yesterday.
meet georgette!
i heard that georgette peeks at my blog, too, so i was excited to meet her. now i know where jackie gets her good looks! she definitely caught my attention with her leopard shirt; i almost wore my leopard shirt, too! we only chatted for a few minutes, but she was gracious enough to let me take a picture and patient as we had to take several shots to get the right lighting...
a real sweetheart. thanks, georgette and jackie!

we also had our office christmas party yesterday.
it's became tradition for us to play this dice game where we have to roll sevens, elevens, or doubles in order to grab a prize from the center. once all the prizes are gone, we open them up and place them in front of us for everyone to see. then we play three additional rounds in which we can steal someone else's prizes. there's always a hot item that gets thrown around, or sometimes we'll gang up and keep stealing an item we know someone wants. it's all in fun, and we end up giving them the prize in the end.
this tradition started at home as my dad's gift to the family.

tell me about your office (or family) parties!

jackie's mom, georgette.
co-worker's homemade pork noodle soup.
pool of gifts.
the guys ALWAYS go for the victoria's secret bags!
the final rounds to try and steal something from someone else!
packing up the gifts.
i got taffy, nutella, and a huge pack of AA batteries. i nabbed a starbucks gift card in the final round, and then i traded my niece her victoria's secret gift card for my taffy.

(sweater, express; denim, pacsun; shoes, victoria's secret)

there's a few more days to enter the christmas giveaway!
click the link at the top of the page.

Your office party sounds fun :) We had a Korean-themed party this year where we had Korean pop music, trivia games on Korean soap operas (its really big here in the Philippines) and we had Korean-inspired outfits :))

You guys look naturally gorgeous here in this shot. Merry Christmas :)
