we've been jingled.

we woke up to a package on our doorstep this morning.
it contained a box of hot chocolate, christmas candies,
and these instructions:
-place the 'we've been jingled' sign on your house
(so that other neighbors know we've been gifted already)
-secretly jingle (gift) another neighbor
-watch as the signs pop up on the houses and maybe figure out who jingled you.

i think our halloween block party may have opened the door
to other neighborly bonding activities.

have you ever been jingled?

My best friend's neighborhood does this. I think it is so cute and exciting. I wish we had that. I don't think our neighbors would even get what it means...
The average age in our area is 70+.
