rat bites.

this was the first t-shirt i shredded. my plan was to shred just the back, but after one too many holes i considered it my practice shirt and started shredding the $hit out of it - neck, arms, sides, everything. it was a brand new shirt i received as a gift, and i just couldn't get myself to throw it out...so it sat on my dresser for months. in an attempt to clean up last weekend, i picked it up one last time and thought, it's not thaaat bad. as long as you cover the arms. and neck. and sides. and back. so i cut off the neck and threw on this sweater so that just enough of my hard work peeked out from behind.

got to work and my sister said, "why would you want to wear a shirt that looks like it was chewed up by rats?!"
she just doesn't know....lol.

(sweater, UO; jeans, true religion; top, DIY shredded tee)

i got better at this...see here?! no holes.

  6. @ dahl- yes...with your fingers!! the hardest part is getting it started, but after that it shreds pretty easily.

  13. I think you did a pretty good job shredding it :) I tried it myself but gave up halfway because the pulling and stretching motion was killing my hands! And don't mind your sister, obviously us fashionistas see things in a different light haha
