come in from the rain.

rainy with flash flood watches.
man, it was pouring this morning and a storm is headed our way. guess what that means...shoddy indoor pictures. apologies. the outdoor pictures were dark, and it didn't help that, indoor, our walls are yellow and green. got this great chocolate brown leather wrap belt from a local boutique years ago. i belted evvvrything for a while after i bought it. jade necklace from my mom's travels to china.

audrinajulia, of window of happiness, asked about the gray nail polish i was wearing in yesterday's post. it's one of my default colors, next to black. i can't tell you how many nights were spent searching for the perfect gray. finally found "concrete jungle" at rescue beauty lounge. they have some of the best nudes and neutrals i've seen. polishes are 18 bucks a pop plus some major shipping. a bit more than i like to spend on polish, but i really wanted it. scroll down for some close-ups.

    I must say your outfit is so trendy. All the cutest things seem to come from local boutiques. the glitter heart nail polish is cute too.
