sleepyhead.

tgif.
sometimes my late nights catch up with me and i end up
falling asleep while putting mini-he to bed.
nights when i wake up at two o'clock in the morning,
body aching from that awful position,
make-up still on, lights glaring...
so i stumble to the shower, get back to bed for a few more
hours of sleep, and wake up more tired than ever.
that's the kind of week i've been having...resulting in my
lack-luster outfits and probably the reason
my face is on the verge of breaking out.
(all my words with friends friends, sorry if it's still my move!)

happy father's day to all the dads out there.
we're headed to mac 24-7 again for some mac daddy pancakes and waffles. we went there for mother's day, but a few family members were sick and didn't get the mac daddy experience.

aside from that, i hope to hit the north shore beaches,
clean my jewelry/junk drawer, and work off those pancakes.
what are your plans for the weekend?


a co-worker's wife bakes the most amazing treats.

a huge mahalo to joandy at my style by joandy for the blogger luxury award. even her most casual look is stylish and chic. this woman's got some serious style.

instead of spilling seven quirks, here are seven things
i ate/drank so far today:
1) bowl of honey nut cheerios + granola + flax seed
2) one multi-grain eggo waffle with buttah
3) a most delicious apricot scone (pictured above)
4) mcdonald's iced coffee
5) chicken katsu mini plate lunch...ugh, so stuffed,
but i just have to have...
6) four red vines to top it off!
7) that's all i had so far, but noticed i haven't had any water yet! drinking a glass of water now.

    Lack-luster outfits??? Ummmm... you are silly - I havent seen any of those on this blog!

    Love your outfit. Sorry about the tired week. My husband does that sometimes. Falls a sleep at 8pm wakes up at midnight than can't fall back to sleep and so on.
    Great weekend plans.
    We are going to the fair tomorrow and meeting my brother and their baby and my sister and her bf.
    Sunday we are taking my dad on a brunch cruise with the kids than meeting with my step dad in the afternoon for bowling. My husband is taking the whole day off doing his own thing with other daddy buddies!

    Weeks like that suck so much, I've just been having trouble falling asleep all week. Stress isn't fun. I do love this outfit though, that colour blue is gorgeous and the zipper on the top is really great. Love it with the floral skirt!
