fishtails and fedoras.

slightly obsessed with perfecting the fishtail.
finally at a point where my fingers aren't in a tangled mess.

the hot weekends had me craving a chilled wine.
back in the day, i convinced my partner-in-crime girlfriend to try wine with me for the first time. we both gagged at the thought of warm wine and tried a white zinfandel, recommended by many people as a great starter wine.
it was fabulous.
conversation flowed, as did this wonderful "juice"...and a couple bottles later, we stumbled out of the restaurant
on our zinfandel high.
although my taste has, uh...matured for a liking to red wines, i enjoyed this refreshing glass of wine and the memories it brought back.

    I wish I could fishtail my hair, I have waay too many colours for it to work. Yours looks amazing, I love the look here especially the back of the top. Wine is so good, white, red, rose, ice, it's alll good

    I can relate to this because I don't care for red wine, maybe if I eat it with cheese, crackers and oysters with olive oil. But yes zinfandel is wonderful all nice and chilled =)

    I still think wine is gross. I keep trying to like it, but it's just not working out haha... I wish I could fishtail braid. I can't even braid my hair the regular way unless it's on the side of my head. Incapable of back-braids, how bad is that?

    I really like that leopard print purse. You have the most awesome leopard-print things.

    I used to know how to fishtail braid other peoples hair but one I don't have that much hair to try it on myself and two, don't think I could do it if I had so my hat's (or fedora) off to ya!

    Lovely!! I do the fishtail braid all the time as well! It's always messy though, because I have too much hair, and I don't have the patience to take small bits at a time :)

    The braid looks amazing. I am having such difficult time braiding my girl's hair which is super fine.

    Fishtail is pretty hard to do. One of my bestie used to do so much pretty braids on me when I had long hair, wish I learned how! Love the detail of the back of your tank!

    I love red wine. The smell, the taste, everything. I do love a chilled wine on a warm summers day though!
    Cute outfit and those shorts are amazing! Good job on the fishtail. My fingers are just to lackadaisical for that.
