can you believe the news about the italian
cruise ship that went down?
talk about modern day titanic...
a catastrophe of titanic proportions.
some good news, on the other hand, is that i finally received a package that someone sent me in november! after my asos incident, i can't say i'm surprised.
guess that's why they call it snail mail.
i'm working on a project at work that has been titanically consuming my time, so i'll be quick here. an outfit from last week when temps were a bit cooler. this week, the humidity is unbearable; stand outside for a few minutes and you're already sticky and sweaty. definitely no layering this week.
shirt, old navy; satchel, urban outfitters)

The pop of green is awesome. :) Me loves. I think it's time to get my neon green Cambridge Satchel out of hibernation. :D
ReplyDeleteBummer about Asos. I've order a few times through them and haven't had an delays. I've received my order in about 5 - 7 days. I just ordered something... I hope I just didn't jinx myself! Argh.
Happy Hump Day, B.

No. Cannot believe the atrocity! My dad was a ship captain and he would have NEVER done that. Ludicris.

I love this look, the leopard print top under that loose knit top is perfect. I gott asay I would take sweating and hot weather right now over -30 with windchill of -40. EW.
ReplyDeleteThe incident in Italy is ridiculous, human error is never a good reason.

here where i live is so cold at the moment! :)
ReplyDeleteomg i love your bag! you look lovely xx
Lovin the green here!
ReplyDeleteEverytime I hear that story about the captain it makes me crack up. The man's an idiot. Now, apparently, he didn't fall off the ship, he accidently tripped and fell into a life boat. REALLY DUDE!! Go down with some grace and speaking of going down, he's supposed to go down with the ship!! My goodness! Still can't wait for my cruise in May though. My thoughts to the families of the lost and thank god it wasn't as horrible as the Titanic where thousands of people perished. (but at least the captain had the grace to go down with the ship)...
ReplyDeleteAnyhoo...Loving the animal print peaking out from beneath the sweater!

what happened in Italy was very sad, a tragedy committed by a silly mistake...
ReplyDeleteps: u look great! I have a necklace like yours!
that sweater is lovely and so's the necklace :) god, its so different here! stand outside for a few minutes and your fingers are falling off from frostbite! (okay that was a slight exaggeration but it feels that cold!) xx

great outfit girl and i love that green bag. nice! i was so saddened by that cruise ship disaster. ugggh, everytime i see that captain i get mad. he just left them and provided no direction. i've never seen a cruise ship of that magnitude on it's side like that. people are STILL missing. :(

I love this open weave sweater over the animal print. The leather skirt adds edge while the wedges keep it casual. The pop of green is genius.
