my sister is famous for buying things and not wearing them.
usually because it just looks good on the hanger...in the store.
whatever the reason, it works out for me.
she was about to throw away two brand new dresses.
this silk dress was one of them. the pockets drape in a way that makes your hips look really pointy.
my trusty red blazer solved this issue and added some much needed color.

I get really upset when I buy something, love it, and then later on never end up wearing it. I wonder what happened that made me change my mind about it or lose interest?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That dress was going to be trashed??? I LOVE it! Seriously, it would quite possibly be my favorite item, were it in my closet! I don't think the pocket drape is problematic at all....the point is like a style in and of itself! But I love how you pair the red blazer with it.
