put a fork in me.

i mentioned the mac daddy pancake yesterday, so here it is.
this particular one was called the "elvis"...three pancakes layered with bananas and bacon, drizzled with a
peanut butter sauce.
don't let the picture fool you...this serving platter plate was about 18 inches across, each pancake about an inch thick. after all of us worked on it, there was still a third leftover.
i ended up ordering a waffle with strawberries and cream.
mine was delish and perfectly portioned.

    That pancake and waffle look so yummy, I wish we had food like that in Ireland. Glad you had a good mother's day. In Ireland & the UK Mother's Day falls on a different date to in the US x
