he is a 15-yr old terrier-chow mix.
i swear he has/had nine lives.
i bought him as a puppy in colorado.
he lived in the snow.
rode the airplane back home to hawaii.
stayed in quarantine for three months.
survived two dog fights with foxy brown,
resulting in one surgery,
and has since been dealing with liver failure,
among other things.
yet, you'll still find him at the dinner table every night begging for food.
my hope is that bobo will still be there when i get home.
that the family reconsidered and decided to care for him
a little while longer...

We are so sorry. A pet is like a member of the family. We lost our dog 4 years ago and we still think about him all the time. 15 years is a long time too! We will be thinking of you and your family.

Having to let go is the worst but I think with a pet it can be harder in a different way then people. The only thing holding me back from moving out of my dad's house is my cat, Oreo. He's the first love of my life. :)

Oomph I am so sorry to hear that about Bobo. I understand how you feel. I had two dogs and they were so close, that they died month's apart. Animals are a part of our family! It's definitely a loss. Awww I am so sorry dear!! Loosing a pet is soo hard, but especially when you've had one as long as you had bobo. My old dog is about 15 as well and he's slowly going downhill, it's so sad :(

I'm so sorry. losing a pet is definitely one of the hardest things to go through. I was literally tearing up as i was reading your post. Just keep your head up and know that you gave him the BEST life he could of had while he was here. Sorry again girl :(

I got all choked up reading this because I just went through this not too long ago. My dog was 15 too and I swear he had nine lives just as well. It's the worse feeling to me. Hope you get better :( He's in a better place...

I had to put my cat to sleep on Sunday after 15 years of having her. I held her while they did the procedure and I'm finding it very hard to not cry every second of the day. I know what you're going through and I hope time will do what time does best: heal. My sincerest condolences. I know you'll miss him to death!

oh no :( i´m so sorry for your doggie, this is really hard, i consider my pets always as family member and i remember when my first dog died after 18 (!) years i was crying 3 days but in my heart he still will live forever!!!

Sorry for your dog>:( Losing a pet is so painful.I know the feeling is so bad. Just lost my 7 1/2 yrs old maltese too this year and really put an emptiness in our family.
I am sorry to hear about Bobo. I truly believe that all dogs goes to heaven and I'm sure he is in a better place. If he could talk, I bet he would say, thanks for spoiling me and always being by my side. He is probably watching over you and your family.
