thanks for sharing about your cars in the last post. from VW to lexus to honda...some of you have been driving your cars for a while, which tells me that they are reliable cars. good to know, and i will keep this in mind as i continue my search.
a black base keeps this mish mash of prints and textures cohesive. guess that's one good thing about having a lot of black in my closet...i can throw things together and somehow it works.
what's your secret when mixing prints?
This is such a cute blouse! I love the little elephant print :) Good luck with your car search! :)

This is a great pattern mix outfit. When mixing prints I just try to stick with the same color scheme. Love the elephant shirt!
ReplyDeleteOooooh mama, I love that elephant shirt. So frigging cute. When I mix my patterns, I try to keep one pattern large, and one small, and in the same color family preferably. Good luck on the car search!!

You look adorable. I love the print on your top. So cute and whimsical. I have to admit that I am still a little scared of mixing patterns. I am trying to get more accustomed to it and trying to more fully embrace it. Something that I have been trying to do is stick to stick to a color scheme. At least until it becomes a little more of a second nature.
