did you know that happiness is a skill that is
within our control?

  1. i'm not currently in a relationship, but i know my previous ones failed because we never communicated and we were both strong headed (which doesn't work well). i also agree with that couples should ultimately be friends too, so you know where each other is coming from.

this was a great post (and i love pictures)

  15. I think communication is the key to a good relationship and the ability to forgive the small things, because if there are big things to forgive then it is not worth being in that relationship.

  17. Most things that are worthwhile in life aren't always easy. Relationships are no exception. There will be good times of course (at least there should be) but there will be bad ones too. It is always important to keep the qualities that you love about your partner in mind even when arguing because it can keep you from saying things you may regret later. Arguments come and go but sometimes you can say things during them that can linger long after.

  18. Spending quality time together is really important. Sometimes people say it's the thought that counts but in my opinion for relationship, action speaks louder than words. If one have the thought of spending quality time and didn't put that into action, quality time will not just happen.
