Cafe Well. an [oomph.] discovery.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Cafe Well. All opinions are 100% mine.

one of my resolutions this year is to exercise.
i was lucky to have met up with a group who is passionate about exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. as i mentioned previously, we meet up once a week and do a variety of activities from circuit training to boot camps to hikes. throughout the week they even send me motivational emails and links to various articles that promote
healthy living.

so, i was excited to learn about Cafe Well, a social network that focuses on exactly that...healthy living. sign up for free and you'll find a network of like-minded people, a support group eager to motivate you and help you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals. join communities to discuss topics like cancer, heath insurance, men's and women's health, and diabetes. participate in fun challenges like reading 100 books in a year (for mental health), drinking eight glasses of water a day, or eating your 5/7 servings of fruits and vegetables. they even have their own biggest loser
weight loss challenge.

you can even create your own challenges and invite friends and family to participate. if i were to create a challenge, i'd have a healthy food challenge with my co-workers. with all the great restaurants around, it's so easy to eat out everyday.
i'd challenge them to see who could bring a healthy
home lunch for a week.

if you are a member of Health America, you may be eligible to participate in Race to the Moon, a rewarding and effective wellness program. Race to the Moon is supported by social networking and provides incentives for reaching your goals. eligible participants can receive a free wireless pedometer which tracks their steps and rewards them for milestones and total steps. win $500 amazon gift cards or trips to hawaii just for walking!

so whether you are looking for a support group to keep you motivated or just want to network with others who are passionate about living healthy, this is the place to be.
see you at Cafe Well!

You already look so thin and fit. I should start working out again. I'm already on a healthier diet cause I gained some more weight during the holidays.
By the way, my blog celebrates its first anniversary with a giveaway. Take a look, if you're interested, and be sure to follow the steps to enter it.

Thank you for sharing this info. I find it so much better to exercise with other people. Once you make a work out date it's hard to break unlike when it's just you alone. It's so easy to find so many excuses.
Good luck!
