last night i went to see wicked, and it was so good! the best part was the "popular" scene/song. (kim - now i understand the "toss-toss"!) galinda was so funny and every detail of her role was choreographed perfectly...definitely my favorite character. it would have been nice to be able to see their facial expressions, but i'm just happy that i was able to catch the show before the tour ends on saturday.
i bought this jacket in l.a. years ago...wish it were longer because it would be a great medium-weight coat for this weather. last year i dabbled in many of the colorful trends like neon and color blocking. and while i still love color, i'm most comfortable in neutrals. this year i hope to simplify my wardrobe by going back to things i feel good in. here it's all black, but added texture for some oomph.

I am so jealous you got to see wicked!!! I am loving this all black look, i have been drawn more to neutrals lately, it seems like I've just been living in black.brown and a couple pops of red.

How nice that you got to see Wicked the musical. I really enjoyed that show too. So hilarious.
I love your shoes and I feel so bad on not seeing and reading wicked. Although I think it's better seen than read.
I love the jacket length! It's really cool, I wish I had one... I would so wear it to work to mix it up a bit *sigh*
I haven't seen "Wicked", but I listened to the audiobook in the car. Pretty good, and I am looking forward to seeing the show someday!
