i'm all about instant gratification.
when shopping, i like to feel the products, smell them (weird, i know!), see them up close, try them on, and most of all...take it home with me! but, sometimes you can't find what you're looking for, or there's a better deal online.
now that i do a lot of shopping online, i rely heavily on product reviews to avoid the hassle of returns or exchanges. i can appreciate an honest and informative review that helps me feel confident about my purchase. now, i even look forward to leaving reviews on products that i purchase.

I got into this website when they first started it, their shoe sizes are off, and it at least for me was nearly impossible to return items without getting an earful of attitude, plus there lack there of laboring laws is sad. You read up on the company, its pretty shady.
product reviews are so important! that's great they have incorporated that.
