picture this.

tired of seeing this book?
me too. i hope to finish it soon. i was thinking about the characters and wondered what they looked like. one of the main characters is an ex-pro basketball star with all the physical traits that go along with that, plus he's a badass agent of some sort who can fight his was out of a sticky situation.
but his name is myron. i just can't picture it.

don't you wish all books were made into movies?
do you put much thought into the characters as you read a book?

a mix-up in paperwork has highschooler, jane, living a double life as a twenty-something assistant in the fast-paced world of fashion. jane sports the most amazing outfits and is always (literally) running around in fabulous heels. the show has a nice balance of teen drama, workplace politics, and flirty romances...a little something for everyone. i was surprised to learn that this is a new show and look forward to the summer premier in june.

I do love seeing movie interpretations of books I read- I always find it interesting to know how someone else thought about it.

I definitely wish all books were made into movies, I am always picturing what my favourite character might look like etc.
I absolutely love this combination, that striped skirt is amazing, and so great with the pop of colour in the top and then the blazer. So chic!

Can't say I've read the book (I'm not much of a reader though). What I can say is that I am loving your skirt to pieces--especially with the blazer and leopard pumps!

Becks, I freakin love that skirt. Where can I buy it? I need it for summertime adventures. lol.

For the most part I like when books turn into movies, but then sometimes it becomes disappointing, because some movies can't capture the true essence of the book. Know what I mean?

That skirt is super unique, I love it.

I always want to know what characters look like outside of their books. For me, I am a writer so I know what my characters look like in my head but I'm always curious of how they author sees their characters.

haha I actually DON'T want all books to be made into movies. I do love reading, though, so I may be biased :) I do, however. LOVE this outfit you're wearing! The hi-lo skirt works so well with that blazer! Must be the colors :)

I love this skirt!!!
And I haven't read this book. Loving it?
Lately, I always picture who would play who in a movie of whatever book I'm reading. It seems like all of the good ones end up there.
I just finished the first two books in the Maze Runner series ....on the last one now. It will be the next Hunger Games for sure.

Cute outfit, I love the skirt. I am the same way with books. I like when authors mention who inspired their character or who they see playing the character in a film adaption.

I am so out of the loop in books lately but one of my friend's insisted I get and read '50 shades of gray' so I ordered it from Amazon. I always think of the Characters in the books I read. When movies are made I am disappointed sometimes if that is not how I imagined the character but sometimes they casting is right on.
I love the mixed stripes and that wind blown pose at the end. Mixing with the animal print heels is perfect.

Lovely outfit! I usually don't like reading many books, but I definitely prefer reading books, from seeing the same "book" into a movie, without having read the book first.
Anyway...Jane by design is a great choice! I can't wait for it to start again!

gorgeous skirt and i love that you paired it with those heels! also i always end up casting the characters in books as if it were a movie, but the problem with that is if it ever is made into a movie then it totally messes with what i originally expected the characters to be like!

I love reading books. I'm so attach to the characters while I'm with it.. For me it's better to read books than to watch it a movie but if it does-fine with me. Personally it's more enjoyable to read chapter by chapter than seeing in a less than 2 and half hour movie.
